By accessing or using Bodi (“the service”), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bodi and its operators; “you” and “your” refer to the user or organization using the service.

Use of the service

Bodi provides a project brain platform for ingesting, structuring, and generating deliverables (e.g. BOD, design narratives) for ICT and low-voltage projects. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Account and data

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You retain ownership of the data you submit; by using the service, you grant us the rights necessary to operate, store, and display that data. We do not claim ownership of your project content. Our use of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others’ systems, or use the service in a way that could harm or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Outputs generated by the service (e.g. documents, summaries) are for assistance only; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying them before use in professional or legal contexts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or a reasonable amount if no fee was paid).

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
